• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals

• Store in the original Noori pouch to prevent scratches and tarnish

• Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear to maintain shine

• Do not bend the bracelet beyond its natural flexibility

• Keep away from prolonged exposure to sunlight and humidity

Each piece is plated with care and adorned with fine crystals or stones — treat it like the treasure it is.

We want you to fall in love with every detail.

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery

• Jewelry must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags intact

• Custom or worn pieces are not eligible for return

• In case of any manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt

• To initiate a Return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, the item must be shipped back at the customers expense.
