At Noori Couture, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds – Unopened Items

We accept refund requests within 3 days of purchase, only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for the return. Once approved, the item must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Please email us with photos of the product and a brief description of the issue. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Additional Notes

Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.
