Welcome to Noori Couture. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms in full.


Products & Descriptions

We strive to display our products (including colors, sizes, and materials) as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
 

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return according to our policy.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law:

  • Refunds for unopened items are accepted within 3 days of purchase.

  • In the rare case of a defective or incorrect item, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders within the UAE are delivered through local courier partners.

  • Delivery timeframes typically range from 1–5 working days, depending on location.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.

All content on the website (text, logos, designs, images) is owned by Noori Couture or used with appropriate permissions from their respective owners and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.
